From information about depression and anxiety, to tips on helping someone else and looking after your own wellbeing – SAMH can provide you with everything you need to know about mental health and wellbeing. This is a free pop-up information service provided by SAMH at Welcome Wednesday. Please feel free to come in for lunch and have a chat with the team.
